Kwame A. Bonnie –Group Managing Partner, Acting IBG-BPO/IBG & Associates Divisional Head
Kwame is IBG Group’s founding partner and group president. A ten-year veteran in corporate America, working for organizations such as Prudential Financial, Optimal Solutions Group, Tenacity Group, Home Depot among other work experiences. Despite a very tough start, to establish a reputable brand and business in Ghana & West Africa; recent restructure and strategy under Kwame’s leadership has led to the successfully implementation of innovative projects for premier clients such as The World Bank Group, The Rockefeller Foundation, DANIDA, The Ministry of Communication, The Public Services Commission, The Judicial Service, Engen Ghana Limited including several other agencies and companies where IBG is recognized as a trusted service delivery implementation partner for Ghana & West Africa. Kwame holds a bachelor’s degree in Economics with a citation in Mathematics from the University of Maryland College Park and a practiced MSc in Business Intelligence from Grantham University. Kwame is a Management Consultant by profession with extensive expertise in Business Intelligence, Strategic Business Planning, Information Management, Digitization and Business Startups. He is also a strong advocate for entreprenuership, technology and innovation. He works closely with other associates, consultants and strategic partners to ensure that premier, proactive project implementation services and solutions are offered to prospective clients.
Frank A. Ankamah — Corporate Team VP
Frank is IBG Group’s Executive Vice President (VP) also serving as the company’s President of Marketing and Sales. He is a skilled Marketing and Information Technology professional in the Banking Industry, with proven accomplishments in the Financial and ICT markets. Frank’s in-depth functional capabilities and industry expertise include IT Strategy & Planning, Business Process Re-engineering, Business Development, Research & Development, Project Management, Integrated Marketing and Branding. Frank Ankamah holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) – Marketing Option, University of Ghana Business School, Legon, Master of Science (MSc.), Advanced Information Technology (E-commerce), London SouthBank University, United Kingdom and a Diploma in Information Studies/Management (Library & Archives), University of Ghana, Legon, Accra. He works closely with the Group’s Managing Partner, other associates and consultants to ensure premier, proactive project implementation services and solutions are offered to prospective clients.
Chris C. Munga — IBG Software Divisional Head
Chris Munga is the group’s acting Software Division Head and Associate Consultant. He is an seasoned Software Architect with over 23 years in industry. Chris has an MSc (Eng.) Engineering Business Management (Information Technology) from Birmingham University, England and a B.Eng. Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wales. Chris Munga also has good knowledge in French and has extensive experience working in West Africa (Ghana, Liberia, and Nigeria). He has established and implemented several change management initiatives in organizations across industry. He has at least 20 years application software development and implementation skills using UNIFY/GUPTA Technologies, Microsoft Technology, Open Source, PHP, Java, J2ME, and Oracle Tools and 5 years’ experience in End-User Application System/Software Training. Chris has extensive Database Modeling and Design Skills and has worked as Database Consultant using ORACLE Database, Microsoft SQLServer, MySQL, IBM DB2, Sybase, Unify SQLBase, INGRES, Microsoft Access, INFORMIX and ProgessSQL. Chris is responsible for the day-to-day implementation deliverables of the Division and the development of customized software solutions for our software clients. He works closely, with the Group’s Managing Partner, other associates and consultants to ensure that premier, proactive project implementation services are delivered.
Horace Obaze — IBG Nigeria Managing Partner
Horace’s experience spans Management Consulting, Business Start-Ups, and the implementation of Private, Government and International Development Agency sponsored projects in Nigeria and the UK. In a Knowledge Transfer Partnership programme, a UK-wide initiative that has been helping businesses for the past 40 years to improve their competitiveness and productivity, Horace was the lead business associate in a project designed to assess the future viability of a UK County Council Sponsored Project to be spanned-off as an independent and sustainable Social Enterprise business. His functional expertise and experience covers internal control, operational risk management, customer service, business development, business strategy, product development, contracting, project management and implementation. Horace has a BSc in Political Science from the University of Nigeria, Nsukkaand an MBA from the University of Sunderland, UK. As Managing Partner, Horace focuses much of his time on IBG Nigeria’s strategy, growth and culture. He is responsible for the day-to-day management of the business as well as identifying its short term strategies for realizing long term goals.
